Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead strategic innovation workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Architect roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Produce scenario planning models for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Manage cross-functional teams executing innovation sprints and pilot programs
- Present insights to boards and investors through compelling data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
