Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with global tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Curate and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and industry partners
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and external stakeholders at global forums
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing C-level decision-making
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc in Technology/Engineering preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futures studies
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $50M+ budgets
