Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof business models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports on emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors
- Design and launch experimental innovation initiatives with measurable ROI and scalability
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Champion a forward-thinking culture through internal education and thought leadership
- Monitor KPIs for innovation pipeline performance and strategy adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation ecosystems
