- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to embed future thinking across departments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and business transformation initiatives
- Quantify future scenarios and create data-driven innovation portfolios with ROI projections
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring sustainable and inclusive technological advancement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging tech assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation and storytelling abilities
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation and measurable impact
