Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026

- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational goals and future market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic perspectives into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry influencers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing and implementing strategic innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and trend analysis software
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
