- Lead quarterly futurist workshops with engineering, design, and leadership teams
- Produce actionable whitepapers and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging-concept validation initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational units
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent professional certification
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with demonstrable 5-year horizon work
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, weak signal detection)
- Portfolio showcasing published futurist frameworks or scenario planning projects
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and collaborative platforms (Miro, Notion)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Experience in tech, biotech, or climate-tech sectors preferred
- Global mindset with cross-cultural collaboration experience
