Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map emerging technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Design immersive foresight workshops for C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future technology convergence
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level foresight experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
