Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite stakeholders across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy) a plus
