Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026+ horizons
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions addressing market gaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate industry shifts and competitive landscapes
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disrupters
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
