Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sociology, and economics to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
