Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce trend analysis reports identifying paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
