Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-focused strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, AI-driven forecasting, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation frameworks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports on quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Design and launch 'Future Proof' accelerator programs for emerging technologies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Present findings at global forums including Davos and TED-style conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or consulting with proven 2026+ horizon scanning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology preferred
