Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 landscape
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Conduct horizon-scanning across quantum AI, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Develop patent-pending forecasting algorithms using proprietary data lakes
- Present at Davos-level forums on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
- Drive sustainability integration into all innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 impact
- Published research in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (minimum 3 exits)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuro-ergonomics, or climate resilience
