- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive products/services based on future trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) required
- Experience presenting complex future scenarios to C-suite audiences with executive presence
