Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Architect ethical frameworks for exponential technologies (AGI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Facilitate executive workshops on paradigm shifts and disruption preparedness
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and Singularity University
- Author white papers on 2026 technology inflection points and societal impact
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) or equivalent advanced degree
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technology evolution or ethics
- Experience leading cross-continental teams across 15+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Fluency in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
