Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-oriented mindsets
- Author trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging domains like quantum computing and AI ethics
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or foresight roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systemsExceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing external partnerships
