Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present trend forecasts to stakeholders through executive briefings and immersive workshops
- Design and maintain a 'Future Radar' dashboard tracking 200+ emerging signals
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on forward-looking research
- Drive commercialization of 3-5 moonshot initiatives annually
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market opportunities
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in HBR, WIRED, or equivalent outlet
