- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (Web5, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends (Gartner hype cycle experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong background in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
