Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineers, designers, and business leaders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Design technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Mentor junior innovation analysts and foster a culture of strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills (Python, Tableau)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
