Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum AI, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from R&D to market launch with P&L responsibility
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or technology innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and market trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Professional certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or industry white papers
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Miro, Tableau, Asana)
