Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month horizon planning
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and regulatory landscape shifts
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record leading multi-year tech transformation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Excellent presentation skills with executive communication expertise
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
