Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech ecosystems (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Anticipate global market shifts and regulatory impacts on future industries
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical tech adoption and sustainable growth
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in tech strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic frameworks implemented in production
