Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Translate complex future trends into executive-ready recommendations and roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles in development cycles
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Manage annual $2M innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global organizations
