- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with local customers through consultative selling approaches.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand local trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate recommendations and demonstrations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align local sales efforts with broader company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Local Focus: Must reside in the Tucson area and possess a valid driver's license.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve results in a commission-driven environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
