Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and solution-based selling
- Meet/exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create inviting store environments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay current on offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and build customer relationships
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
