- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash management
- Execute merchandising strategies including stock replenishment and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maximize store performance metrics
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on inventory
- Support loss prevention protocols and store security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in team-based environments
