Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to enterprise accounts
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM analytics to prioritize high-potential opportunities
- Present tailored product demonstrations showcasing ROI to C-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies and campaign performance
- Exceed quarterly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine objection-handling and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Mastery of Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms with advanced reporting skills
- Exceptional negotiation abilities with demonstrated success in enterprise deals ($50K+)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify upsell opportunities
- Proficiency in sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
