Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective customers in a professional setting.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Accurately record all customer interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly training sessions to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
