Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face and virtual presentations to demonstrate our products/services and address client needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions and sales data into our customer relationship management system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
