Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new clients through in-person visits, cold calls, and networking events
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet/exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales funnels
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems (training provided)
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine sales skills
Qualifications
