Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and engage with potential clients to identify business opportunities.
- Present product and service demonstrations to new and existing customers with enthusiasm.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Track daily sales activities, update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analyze performance metrics.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success in previous endeavors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and handle rejection with resilience.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
