Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining accurate records
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue per client
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in B2B environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Comfortable working independently on night shift schedule (8PM-5AM)
- Results-driven mindset with data-driven approach
