Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong rapport with a diverse client base.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM software.
