Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face interactions to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present products and services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to small and large groups.
- Track all customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
