Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and budget.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and improve customer service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
