Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional demeanor, assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Learn and demonstrate deep product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full paid training.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
