Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and client acquisition.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Product Knowledge: Master our product/service portfolio and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to align sales strategies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorâs degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience requiredâon-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn new concepts quickly.
- Driverâs License: Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation required for local client visits.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends or evenings as needed.
