Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized, visually appealing sales floor
- Actively participate in product training sessions to master new launches
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-ups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students welcome
- 0-2 years retail or sales experience preferred; training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for potential inventory duties)
- Positive attitude with natural problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
