Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and visual merchandising execution
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Support inventory management including stock receiving and floor replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Participate in seasonal product training and brand campaigns
- Maintain pristine store appearance and visual standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- 0-2 years retail experience (internships/volunteer work accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Passion for fashion and customer service excellence
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
