Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and assistance
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers, demonstrating products, and achieving daily targets
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Support visual merchandising efforts by maintaining store displays and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Participate in product training to deepen knowledge of our fashion collections
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students welcome
- 0-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Proficiency with technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
