Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct outbound sales calls and in-person presentations to potential customers in the Virginia Beach area.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Track and manage sales data using CRM software to optimize pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelorās degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proven ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation for local field travel.
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques and adapt to a fast-paced sales cycle.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a "go-getter" attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience is a plus).
