Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the Fort Worth local market to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services and demonstrate value.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for field work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, competitive nature, and a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel within the Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas.
