Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads within the local market.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, effectively articulating value propositions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and nurture relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaign materials.
- Track daily activity metrics and consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Attend team huddles, training sessions, and networking events to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- No prior sales experience necessary; we are an entry-level company that trains from the ground up.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Able to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required by sales cycles.
- Reliable personal transportation for local client visits throughout the San Francisco area.
