Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients to drive sales.
- Close sales and manage client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Attend daily sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy calls to refine your skills and stay motivated.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize lead generation tools and optimize sales strategies.
- Track all sales activities and leads using our CRM software to maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong desire to earn money based on performance (uncapped commission structure).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

- Reside within the Phoenix, AZ area.
