Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend the best solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Attend weekly sales training sessions and team meetings to refine skills and strategies.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline progress accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for local field visits.
- A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to persuade.
- Self-motivated with a "hustle" mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
