Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities within the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Overcome objections and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to optimize future campaigns.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus.
