Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the Oakland metro area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to present company solutions and products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Oakland area.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
