Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face networking.
- Present our products/services to new and existing customers in the Raleigh area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
- Track and document all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the region.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak confidently in front of others.
- High level of self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Willingness to learn new sales strategies and adapt to feedback.
- Access to a smartphone and a stable internet connection for remote communication.
