Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients in the Fort Worth metroplex.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and assess the needs of clients to determine appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Track sales activity and report progress to management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorâs degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driverâs license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong hunger to succeed and earn more.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Fort Worth area.
