As an Entry Level Outside Sales Rep, you will be the face of our company. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement for those who are hungry to succeed. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with our client base.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and visit potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face meetings.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly explain the value proposition to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and community functions to expand our market reach.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business requires.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software is a plus.
